Appointment Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please follow these cancellation guidelines:

More Than 24 Hours Notice

Free cancellation or rescheduling

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may apply

No-Show

A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service may be charged

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.

Emergencies

If you cannot provide advance notice due to an emergency (such as sudden illness or family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Package Services

  • Package services are non-refundable once purchased
  • Packages may be transferred to another person
  • Please use all sessions before the package expiration date
